What platforms can I buy Apex Coins for?

Apex Coins purchased here can be used in-game, whether you play on PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, or the EA app. However, we don’t support Nintendo Switch at this time.

How long will it take for my Apex Coins balance to update in-game?

Apex Coins purchased on the web store will be available in-game immediately. If for some reason you don’t see the new Coins added to your balance, try one of the following:

  • Relaunch Apex Legends

  • Start or end a match

  • Enter or exit the firing range

  • Open a pack

  • Make a purchase/gift

  • Acquire an item (reward, gift, etc.)

What can I buy with Apex Coins?

Apex Coins are a premium in-game currency that can be used to purchase Apex Packs*, items in the rotating in-game store, and new Legends. Some items are unavailable in certain locales.

Does the Great Game Guarantee apply to Apex Coins?

No, the Great Game Guarantee refund policy does not apply to virtual currency.

I don’t know my phone or email login for my EA Account. So how do I sign in?

If you don’t know your EA Account login info, you can sign in to whatever platform you use to play Apex Legends. If you still need help, please contact EA Support.
